Knowledge Base: Customizing the unsubscribe page

When you send out a campaign it needs to contain an Unsubscribe link which allows users to be instantly removed from your list. In the Fields & Forms section, you can customize the page which will be shown to the users when they click the unsubscribe link. You can use the default page:

or you can create your own unsubscribe page:

Please note: the default unsubscribe page also contains a “Subscribe Again” link. We recommend adding a similar link to your custom Subscribe Form, so users can re-subscribe in case they accidentally unsubscribed.
