How can I insert the subscriber's name in the email?

Newsberry supports many "tags" that can be inserted into campaign content, both text and HTML. To insert a subscribers name in an email, use the [NAME] tag. This will insert the name from the subscribers records into the content. For instance:

Dear [NAME],

This is my campaign with a personalized message.

Sincerely,
Chris Nagele

In the example above, [NAME] would be replaced by the name in the records for each subscriber. If you have the "full name" for each subscriber, the full name will be inserted exactly how it appears.

If a name does not exist for a subscriber, the text will be blank. A default value (Customer, Friend, etc) can be set for each field in the Fields & Forms section.
