Will you be developing an API? Specifically a way to automatically download and upload lists would be very helpful.

    Hi Ben,

We have a simple API which has not been officially documented yet. We'll be working on some improvements soon, but for now you can add, view and edit subscribers.

Here is the existing documentation for it. You can activate your API key in your Account section, under Profile. Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

Sorry Natalie, I've been busy with other things and just took the time to look at your documentation.

Looking at your API as it is I see a real problem with synchronizing information. As it is now, it seems you can't request info based on a last updated time stamp (resulting in inefficient requests).

While adding a last updated request would solve my problem; I'd really rather see webhooks added to your API if that is possible. This is how we integrate Heap CRM with MailChimp. And I know your company has done this before given that Beanstalk has webhooks (which we have integrated with our other major product). Also, it is much more immediate for the user.

    Hi Ben,

Thanks for the feedback! Our current API is very limited and we're working on improvements to make it more usable. Right now we've got immediate features that require attention and afterwards we'll be making API improvements.

Any suggestions are hugely appreciated so we know what the needs are of our customers.

    Thanks!

    Natalie
