Better location to make re-use of existing campaign more obvious

When I'm picking my content for a new campaign, I would like to be able to select from here an old campaign. The "Create Draft" has never seemed that obvious to me when I want to send something similar to something I've already sent. See screenshot.

    Hi Jade,

    We're actually currently working on a better location for that option. Our idea is to make it available globally, to all lists, instead of just one particular list. This makes the placement a bit trickier, but we are definitely going to improve it.
