Hi Newsberry!

I was wondering if you provided an HTML email newsletter form for me to post on my website so the information gets entered directly into your database. At which point, I would simply not have to enter any emails or names in ans can concentrate on sending emails every week.

I also would like to know if you allow me export my mailing list Database into an excel spreadsheet. This is important to me as my users continue to grow.

Finally, I would like to know if you do HTML emails, too. And if you allow names to be mail merged like "Hello, [FIRST NAME] - how have you been" etc.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thanks!

    Hi Walt,

Yes, you can add a form to your website to collect your subscriptions. Here's a helpful article that talks all about it.

Yes, you export all your data into a .CSV file (which can be viewed and saved in MS Excel) very easily with our Export option. It's available on most pages in the Subscriber section of your list.

We provide 3 options for sending campaigns: HTML using a WYSIWYG editor (Visual Editor), HTML from scratch where you can paste code and work directly in HTML, and finally Text-only where no HTML is present. Also, you can include an tags in your email as long as the data is in Newsberry. This includes First Name, Last Name, etc.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

    Thanks!

    Natalie
