I added all the credit card information to set everything up and I haven't heard back from anyone in regards to this. I did receive an initial email from a rep saying that you will review my account status. Please advise.

What is the name of your company and where is it located?
How many subscribers do you have?
How did you acquire your subscriber's emails? Provide a URL where they subscribe.
What type of communication will you be sending?
After we review the account and the information you send us, we will approve your account.

Hi Todd,
It looks like it went to spam. I had a look at the response, unfortunately we do not allow emails from lead generation services or mortgage/loan sites. These type of sites typically generate a large number of spam complaints which hurt our reputation. I realize that your list may be different, but it is a general policy overall.
The purchase you made was just an authorization, so no money was deducted out of your account.
