Refund/Purchase

Hello,

I spoke with Natalie earlier today and she told me that for my early credit package has been refunded and for my messages to be released I had to purchase more credits. This makes perfect sense, but when I go to my account it seems as if my first purchase of credits has not been removed. I can not find any place to buy these credit that Natalie was speaking about.

Please advice.

    I actually fixed this problem. It seemed as if the refund was not registering so I switched back and forth between "Pay as you go" and "Monthly" and that seemed to register the fact that I no longer had any credits.
