Subject: I can't verify my email

Hello,
I'm a new user of your product ( a free account ) , and I've tried to play a little bit with it but I can't seem to be able to confirm my email address ( although a valid one ).
Any ideas why your verification email doesn't get sent to my inbox.

   What is the email address that you are trying to confirm? I can run some tests and see what happens.

   Hi Andreea,

   We watched the Mail Server as it delivered your email to that domain. Can you check the Spam folder to see if any of the confirmations are located there?

   In my webmail I can't seem to find a Spam folder, but that's not your
   problem.
