Subject: Editor freezes in IE
Good Morning,
For the last week, each time I try to edit my current campaign on your website, Internet Explorer completely freezes up and needs to be shut down using the taskmanager feature. When in this state IE consumes 85+% of my cpu. Your's is the only site that I am having this problem with. I was able to access the editor in Google Chrome, however the picture editor feature appers to be disabled. Please advise any know fixes to either or both the IE and Chrome problems. Your site worked perfectly well in May when I sent out our last newsletter, so I'm not sure what the prolem currently is.

Hi Bryan,
We're using a third-party editor that has been causing lots of pain in the last few weeks for some of our customers. We're urgently moving to a new editor within the next week or two. Also, we've created our own HTML editor that will make creating and editing templates very easily.
In the meantime, if you have access to another browser (we know that Firefox has been the least problematic), can you try using that? Otherwise, I can help you edit your campaign with anything you need on our end. Just let me know.
I apologize for the inconvenience. We know that once the new WYSIWYG and our custom editor are in place, problems like these will not occur.
