Subject: Image Problems
I sent out an email to everyone in our company. We all use the same mail client and have the same settings. Some people said the newsletter had no images, some said it looked fine, can I do anything to make sure people see the images???
I've attached a screenshot of what one person is getting.

Hi Ian, Is it possible some people have images disabled in their Outlook? Can you send me a screenshot of your email where images were working fine?
Thanks,
Natalie

I found virus software was stripping the images out.
I still have not got it to work on peoples PDAs yet

Glad you were able to figure out the Images in Outlook. As for PDAs, most don't show images. Many only open the Text version of the email, not even the HTML. That's probably why people don't see images in their emails.

Thanks for your help.
The PDAs allow them to go through occasionally. Sometimes the servers error out, sometimes they don't show text, sometimes it works. I'm not too sure what is going on with them, but I'm assuming it's the phone settings. So thanks for all your help.
