Subject: My account is currently disabled 4 days ago

I've tried to bought some credits with my credit card now but I received an email telling me that my cc wasn't approved that I understand but why my account status is currently disabled???

It shows up in a small yellow bar up in the window, and I cant do anything, I need to try out my other cc, what can I do?

    Hi Manuel,

    We approve all first time purchases in order to ensure our customers comply with Federal CAN-SPAM regulation. The account stays disabled from sending campaigns only, during this approval process.

    Since it has been a few days since your purchase, I have cleared your account from the original purchase. Please re-select the plan you would like to be on and add the new credit card information. You can do this by going to Account and the Plans and Billing. At that time we will need to approve the account again, but it only takes a short amount of time (1-2 hours at most, usually sooner). I'll keep an eye out for your new purchase and approve it as soon as I see it.
