Hello,
I went in to make a new template and clicked on image manager to attach our logo and there are no images in the file. There were about 5 images in there. It also would not let me import any images, just browse.
Please help, thanks! -Cathleen

Hey Cathleen, so I see 6 images in the Image manager. What browser are you using? It may be a weird browser issue with the editor.

    Can you try Firefox?

I use firefox. Dunno. I tried to click on every tab in the box just to
see if they were hiding somehow but it wouldn't even let me uplaod any
new ones. I just tried again and no images in Image Manager.

Can you check Internet Explorer? It works for me in Firefox and Safari, but I don't have IE. I'm still looking to see if I can find a solution for you if there are any known issues.

    Thanks.

I opened it in IE and now it won't show the template I saved. I went
back to Firefox and it didn't show the template I saved there either.
    Now I'm really stumped.

Now I'm really confused. What was the name of the template?

It's there, don't worry. Now we just have to figure out how to make it there on your computer. I'm starting to think there is a caching issue on the computer that may be causing this. When did you plan to send out the email?

    Hi Cathleen,

We haven't been able to reproduce the issue on the exact browsers you are using. Next troubleshooting step is to ask you to clear your cache. Let me know if you need help with that (it's located in the Privacy settings of your browser).

Let me know if that helped, if not we'll keep troubleshooting.

    Thanks,

    Natalie
