All i want to know is the difference between an open & a unique open. Also, ios there any way i can see who on my list clicked a link, when it says 1, 10 people clicked a link?

Hi Ben,
We use a program called Campfire for our Chat. Unfortunately, they don't have a nice way of indicating that the chat room is locked, they just kick you out of it.
The room is usually open from 9 AM - 5 PM EST, but some days it may be closed the entire day. There is someone in there now if you want to jump in.
Thanks,
Natalie

Hi Ben,
A unique open means that a single subscriber opened the email, while an open indicates a single open, regardless of subscriber. So, if one subscriber opened the email 3 times, it would be 1 unique open, but 3 opens.
We don't have a way to see who individually opened your email. You can create a sublist of the subscribers that have opened the email and then you can see those subscribers in the sublist.
Let me know if you have questions. I'm in chat now if you want to discuss further.
Thanks,
Natalie
