Subject: Bounced Mails
Hi there
I've just had a small number of messages marked 'Hard Boounce' in
my campaign report. The reasons given differ a little, but here is
a typical example:
"The server was unable to deliver your message (ex: unknown user,
mailbox not found) (smtp;550 SPF: 67.228.51.130 is not allowed to
send mail from nbrmail1.com)" I've checked my SPF records in the
sender signature and they appear OK. I've also visited your help
page:

but I think everything highlighted here is in order. Any further
ideas?

Thanks for reporting this. We fixed the issue on our end and this should not happen again. You may want to reactivate and resend the email to this person.
